bayoonet Aktiengesellschaft seeks a team assistant to support the Executive Board across corporate development, controlling, and reporting, with strong organizational duties. This role offers a hybrid setup: at least three days on site in Darmstadt and two days remote, plus involvement in events and cross‑functional projects.
The ideal candidate has economics education, excellent MS Office skills, and fluent German with good English. A proactive mindset and teamwork are essential.
As a full-time or part-time team assistant (25–40 hours per week), you will support the Executive Board in the key areas of corporate development, controlling, and reporting, as well as with organizational and administrative aspects of day-to-day operations.
We are strongest together as a team – that’s why we work in a hybrid model with at least three days a week on site at the respective location and two days flexibly remotely.
In addition to your technical and professional expertise, you excel in interpersonal skills. You are reliable, dedicated, and flexible. You are able to listen actively and thoroughly analyze customer requirements, and you possess both a high degree of independence and strong teamwork skills. Above all, you are a proactive thinker.
