Talentful helps high-growth tech companies build world-class teams. We are seeking a recruitment sourcer with 2-3 years of marketing and design recruiting experience to find and attract top talent for a single client in a fast-paced environment.

You will use deep sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and relationship-building to embed with the client’s culture while collaborating with world-class professionals. Hybrid or remote work options are available.
