KPFF Consulting Engineers seeks a results-driven recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple offices and disciplines.

You will partner with hiring managers to craft strategies, provide market insights, source passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM, and build relationships with applicants.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or technical environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM.
• Strong organization and communication to manage multiple searches with diverse stakeholders.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple offices and disciplines, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and adapt approaches to different teams.
• Build relationships with candidates and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or technical environments.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM databases.
• Strong organization, communication, and adaptability to manage multiple searches with different stakeholders.
• Base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and location.
