Altkönig-Stift eG is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join its team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, recruitment marketing and process improvement, with options for full-time or part-time work.

You will partner with managers across the organization to attract qualified talent, manage candidate relationships, and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the journey.

Formación

• Several years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Hands-on sourcing and direct candidate outreach.
• Strong communication and consulting skills for managers and teams.
• Very good German and good English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment cycle from role clarification to offer and contract.
• Organise and participate in interviews and selection activities with candidates and teams.
• Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn, XING, and other channels.
• Build long-term talent pools and develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise managers on recruitment decisions using market and candidate research.
• Create and optimize job advertisements and recruitment channels, supporting employer branding.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Help develop recruitment processes and monitor metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external agencies and training programs as needed.

About The Role

Altkönig-Stift eG is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join its team as soon as possible. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis. You will manage recruitment from initial workforce discussions through candidate selection and contract signing, partnering closely with managers and teams across the organization. The role combines end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, recruitment marketing, and ongoing process improvement. You will help attract qualified talent, build sustainable candidate relationships, and ensure a professional, positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

You bring several years of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including the independent management of recruitment processes and hands‑on experience with active sourcing and direct candidate outreach. You are confident using recruitment tools and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn and XING, as well as other relevant sourcing channels. Strong communication and consulting skills enable you to advise managers, assess candidate profiles, and support informed hiring decisions. You work independently, in a structured and solution‑oriented manner, and are comfortable coordinating several recruitment activities. Very good German and good English language skills are required. Experience recruiting for specialist or hard‑to‑fill roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from clarifying role requirements with departments to coordinating selection and supporting the process through contract signing.
• Organise and participate in interviews and other selection activities, ensuring clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Identify and directly approach suitable candidates using LinkedIn, XING, and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a long‑term talent pool, and develop sourcing strategies for specialist and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Advise managers on recruitment and selection, assess candidate profiles, and support hiring decisions with relevant market and candidate research.
• Create and improve job advertisements, select appropriate recruitment channels, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Help develop and standardise recruitment processes, monitor key metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness, and establish transparent reporting.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and service providers when needed.
• Support training and development administration and help prepare for and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
