Job summary

Kleinanzeigen.de GmbH is seeking an experienced Recruiting & Sourcing Partner to connect top talent with the right opportunities in a fast-moving, collaborative team. This hybrid Berlin-based role reports to the Talent Lead and focuses on identifying qualified candidates, conducting early interviews, and shaping the hiring process with Hiring Managers to build a strong employer brand.

You will build talent pools, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and contribute to a positive candidate

Responsibilities

• Identify and actively approach qualified candidates via multiple channels (Sourcing).
• Lead initial conversations and interviews to assess candidates.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define role profiles and align in the hiring process.
• Manage the full recruitment process from posting to placement.
• Build and maintain talent pools and strengthen employer brand.

Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. Users buy and sell on Germany's No. 1 for classifieds mainly second-hand. In this way they make an active contribution to more sustainability. On average, more than 55 million ads are available in numerous categories -- from children's supplies to electronics and real estate. Kleinanzeigen also offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to present their services online. Around 35 million users per month make Kleinanzeigen one of the most widely used websites in Germany. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen. We're a team of around 15 people across People Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Development, Payroll, Internal Communications and Workplace Management.

We're looking for an experienced Recruiting & Sourcing Partner (d/f/m) who loves connecting great people with the right opportunities and enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin. You report to the Talent Lead.

Your tasks

• Identifizierung und aktive Ansprache von qualifizierten Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle (Sourcing)
• Führung von Erstgesprächen und Interviews zur Bewertung der Kandidaten hinsichtlich fachlicher und persönlicher Eignung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern zur Definition von Anforderungsprofilen und zur Abstimmung im Einstellungsprozess
• Management des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
• Aufbau und Pflege von Talentpools sowie die Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke
