We are looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Germany and support one of our global clients.
About the role:
In this role, you will lead high-volume recruitment for operational roles across the client's manufacturing sites. Partnering closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers, you will deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while driving efficient, high-quality recruitment across multiple locations as business needs evolve.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner face-to-face with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across multiple manufacturing sites and regions to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build strong consultative relationships that support successful hiring outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a high volume of manufacturing and operational positions across multiple sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, and other operational roles.
- Support talent attraction initiatives through sourcing campaigns, social media, employee referrals, and other targeted recruitment activities to attract talent across the client's manufacturing sites.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, local networking, and talent attraction to support hiring across the client's manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication, feedback, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers and HR stakeholders, providing market insights, recruitment best practices, and guidance on hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and documentation within the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
- Up to 5 years of recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring for operational roles within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, logistics, or similar environments.
- Knowledge of German labour laws and familiarity with Works Council (Betriebsrat) processes.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience interviewing and assessing candidates for operational roles in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.Experience supporting talent attraction initiatives, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with plant managers, production supervisors, operations leaders, and HR stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed client and internal teams.
