Avelios Medical GmbH in Munich is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own our recruiting activities and be the primary contact for prospective colleagues. You will partner with our People Partners and Hiring Managers to drive sourcing and end-to-end negotiations in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, (Business) Psychology, or a comparable field from a top university.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, engaging presence.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience with Ashby as an ATS is a plus, but not required.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on attitude.
• Very good German and English skills.

THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you are part of our People team and play a key role in driving Avelios’ growth. You will take ownership of our recruiting activities and act as the primary point of contact for potential new colleagues.

YOUR TASKS

You are the go-to person when it comes to finding the right talent for Avelios - from first contact to the final offer. You work closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers. Your responsibilities include:

• Active sourcing: Identifying and approaching the right candidates through LinkedIn and other channels - focusing on quality, not volume

• End-to-end recruiting: Managing complete hiring processes, from alignment with hiring teams to offer negotiation and contract creation
