Zusammenfassung

Topline Advisory sucht eine/n Recruiting Specialist, der/die die komplette Kandidatenpipeline für Vertriebs- und Go-to-Market-Verträge unserer Kunden steuert. Sie arbeiten eng mit Hiring Managern zusammen, definieren Profile, kartieren den Markt und sichern kontinuierlich qualifizierte Kandidaten.

Sie führen strukturierte erste Gespräche nach unserem Scorecard-System, arbeiten am AI-Stack für Sourcing, Filtering und Outreach und berichten wöchentlich zum Pipeline-Fortschritt.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Recruiting, Sourcing oder High-Volume-Verkauf.
• Du kannst glaubwürdig mit kommerziellen Personen sprechen (AE, Sales Lead, CRO).
• Schneller Umgang mit Tools; Interesse an KI statt veralteter Methoden von 2019.
• Deutsch und Englisch auf professionellem Niveau.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die komplette Kandidatenpipeline für Vertriebs- und Go-to-Market-Hires (Sourcing, Erstansprache, Screening, Qualifizierung, Übergabe).
• Aufbau und Durchführung der Suchstrategie: Profil mit Hiring Manager definieren, Markt kartieren, qualifizierte Kandidaten sicherstellen.

Topline Advisory is an AI-native executive search firm. Our clients are VC and PE backed growth companies, digital platforms and AI start-ups. They all have the same problem - they need to hire faster than their own teams can source. So we place our own talent acquisition people inside them. You go in for two months, three months, drive their entire candidate pipeline for sales and go-to-market roles, and move on to the next one.

Aufgaben

• Own the full candidate pipeline for a client's sales and go-to-market hires: sourcing, first outreach, screening, qualification, handover to the hiring team — you are embedded in their process, not selling them a shortlist from outside
• Build and run the search: define the profile with the hiring manager, map the market, and keep enough qualified candidates moving that the funnel never runs dry
• Run structured first interviews that actually assess, using our scorecard and competency frameworks
• Work the AI stack: sourcing, filtering, enrichment and outreach at a volume a classic recruiter cannot match
• Give the client a clean weekly read on pipeline, conversion and where the search is stuck
• Switch context every few months into a new company, a new business model and a new market

Qualifikation

• 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or a high-volume sales role — what matters is output and structure, not a recruiting CV
• You can talk to commercial people credibly: you understand what a good AE, Sales Lead or CRO actually looks like
• Fast on tools and curious about AI, rather than attached to how recruiting was done in 2019
• Comfortable dropping into a new company and being useful in week oneGerman and English at professional level
