Topline Advisory is seeking an HR Manager to join our AI HR Manager Program and work on high-impact projects with dynamic VC/PE-backed growth companies across Europe. You will be trained to run end-to-end HR processes in a digital AI era and gain exposure to leadership teams.

In this role you will own the candidate pipeline, build the search strategy with hiring managers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing and screening.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume sales with measurable output.
• Able to speak to commercial people; understands AE/Sales Lead/CRO profiles.
• Tech-savvy; eager to work with AI; not tied to legacy recruiting methods.
• Fluent in German and English at professional level.

• Own the full candidate pipeline for client hires; embed in their process.
• Build and run the search; profile with the hiring manager; keep funnel healthy.
• Conduct structured first interviews using our scorecard.
• Work the AI stack: sourcing, filtering, enrichment, outreach at high volume.
• Provide clients with weekly pipeline read on metrics.
• Switch context to a new company, business model and market every few months.

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our "AI HR Manager Program" where you will be employed at Topline Advisory and then working on a project basis with the most exciting VC and PE Backed Growth Companies for 3-6 months projects. You go in, rock recruiting, and then go to the next one. You will be trained by Topline Advisory how to run a best-in-class HR process end-to-end in a digtial AI era and have exposure to leaderships of fast-growing companies across Europe.

Aufgaben

• Own the full candidate pipeline for a client's sales and go-to-market hires: sourcing, first outreach, screening, qualification, handover to the hiring team — you are embedded in their process, not selling them a shortlist from outside
• Build and run the search: define the profile with the hiring manager, map the market, and keep enough qualified candidates moving that the funnel never runs dry
• Run structured first interviews that actually assess, using our scorecard and competency frameworks
• Work the AI stack: sourcing, filtering, enrichment and outreach at a volume a classic recruiter cannot match
• Give the client a clean weekly read on pipeline, conversion and where the search is stuck
• Switch context every few months into a new company, a new business model and a new market

Qualifikation

• 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or a high-volume sales role — what matters is output and structure, not a recruiting CV
• You can talk to commercial people credibly: you understand what a good AE, Sales Lead or CRO actually looks like
• Fast on tools and curious about AI, rather than attached to how recruiting was done in 2019
• Comfortable dropping into a new company and being useful in week oneGerman and English at professional level
