Задачи

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle; Ensure an industry-leading candidate experience for both selected and unselected candidates; Lead and evolve TA operations and strategy; Partner with hiring managers to find great people and advise on hiring plans; Understand company culture and promote the brand; Drive DE&I and employer branding initiatives to increase visibility in the SaaS space; Actively source and select the best candidates; Act as an internal consultant to empower hiring managers by advising on best practice and selection; Manage the recruitment budget; Use data-driven insights to create reports and identify areas of improvement; Manage the TA specialist with regular touchpoints and coaching.

Требования

• Bring international experience through working with international stakeholders or coming from an international background; Bring innovation with ideas or proven examples of leveling up recruitment processes; Have an open mindset to look beyond job titles and challenge hiring managers to think outside the box; Demonstrate proactivity to identify and execute process improvements; Have 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including 1-2 years in-house; Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly to recruit for all seniorities across departments in a fast-moving SaaS company; Must have eligibility to work in the country you are applying for; Nice to have: SaaS recruitment experience with exposure to Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, or RevOps hiring, management or training experience.
