Its B2B technology platform connects transport operators in more than 70 countries with major online retailers, including Google Maps and Booking.com.

Задачи:

• Own end-to-end hiring, from intake through offer, across business functions
• Run intake meetings, clarify requirements, challenge unsuitable profiles, calibrate candidates, and maintain hiring standards under time pressure
• Develop sourcing strategies using passive outreach, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS
• Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and keep assessments consistent as teams grow
• Use hiring data, funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to improve hiring processes
• Keep the ATS accurate
• Support employer branding in relevant hiring communities.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of in-house talent acquisition experience with demonstrable full-cycle ownership
• Experience sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and closing senior hires independently
• Ability to discuss discovery, roadmaps, and metrics and evaluate the credibility of candidates' impact stories
• Experience across both Tech and Business hiring
• Strong stakeholder management with senior hiring managers
• Ability to redirect stalled searches, challenge hiring managers, and communicate difficult market information constructively
• Proven pipelines of active and passive candidates and experience closing offers
• Data fluency, including building funnel views and using data to support decisions
• Curious, research-oriented mindset with an adaptable approach to sourcing
• Openness to 360-degree feedback and continuous growth
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, global, diverse start-up environment
• Affinity with tools and ability to keep ATS and data accurate
• Fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
