JD.COM is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager based in or focusing on the German market to lead full-cycle recruitment for functional and business roles across Germany, attracting top local and international talent to drive our European growth.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, StepStone and Xing, conduct English and German screenings, partner with regional and global hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Admin, German/English Language, or related fields.
• 3-5+ years recruitment experience in the German or Western European markets.
• Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is strictly required.
• Proficient in overseas sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and familiar with German market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for functional and operational roles in Germany, from job posting to offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source high-quality candidates using channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, local German job platforms (e.g., StepStone, Xing), and professional networks.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial phone/video screenings in English and German to evaluate candidates' expertise, language skills, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with regional and global hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring timelines.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional hiring journey to enhance Joybuy's employer brand in the European market.
• ATS & Reporting: Maintain recruitment data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System and optimize regional hiring processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in HR, Business Administration, German/English Language, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in talent acquisition within the German or Western European markets.
• Languages: Business fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is strictly required.
• Sourcing Capability: Proficient in overseas sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and familiar with German market dynamics.
