JAC Recruitment partners with an international laminate and prepreg manufacturer to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead in Germany. You will oversee blue- and white-collar recruitment, collaborating with business units, hiring managers, and labour unions, and drive end-to-end hiring on site.

The role requires 8+ years in recruitment, familiarity with manufacturing environments, native German and strong business English, and the ability to operate 100% onsite across Germany.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in in-house or agency recruitment.
• Familiar with industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical role requirements.
• German mother tongue equivalent and business English communication skills.
• Able to work 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment operations in Germany for blue- and white-collar roles.
• Own full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and employer branding.
• Manage vacancy inquiries and the recruitment pipeline to support business units.
• Oversee recruitment platforms and optimize effectiveness across job boards and events.
• Collaborate with international teams across continents.

Responsibilities

• The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a key role in recruitment operations in Germany, being responsible for both blue- and white-collar recruitment processes, including working closely with business units, hiring managers, and labour union.
• Fully in charge of the full hiring recruitment process from strategic planning to onboarding, such as sourcing, interviewing, hiring manager advising, candidate selection, and employer branding.
• Manage the vacancy inquiries and recruitment pipeline to support business units’ recruitment needs according to plans efficiently.
• Oversee recruitment tools and maximise their efficiency to benefit the recruitment process spanning internal and external job boards, LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, university roadshows, etc.
• Collaborate with international teams across continents.
