Job summary

Isar Aerospace is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join the Talent Attraction team in Germany. You will actively source candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and support first interviews. You will publish ads, maintain the Greenhouse ATS, and drive KPI projects to improve recruiting processes.

The role requires onsite work at least 2 days per week, strong English, and a collaborative, proactive mindset in a fast-growing aerospace company environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field.
• First practical exposure to recruiting or HR (internship, working student role, or project work) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data to support reporting and KPI tracking.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at least 2 days / week.
• Fluent in English.
