Isar Aerospace SE is looking for an intern to join the talent attraction team in Ottobrunn, Germany. You will help attract and hire talent behind our launch vehicles and missions, gaining hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle.

From active sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and analytics, you will support a fast-growing aerospace company at the forefront of Europe’s space industry.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field
• First practical exposure to recruiting or HR is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data to support reporting and KPI tracking
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week
• Fluent in English

Aufgaben

• Hunt the best candidates through active sourcing across channels
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support first-round interviews
• Publish job adverts on our career page and job boards
• Keep Greenhouse ATS accurate and up to date
• Assist talent attraction projects, including KPI setup
• Support recruiting events to connect with future talent
• Identify improvement areas and help implement fixes

Mission Brief

At Isar Aerospace, we're building Europe's future in space. As an Intern within the talent attraction team, you will help us attract and hire the exceptional talent behind our launch vehicles and mission success.

From active sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and recruiting analytics, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle while contributing directly to the growth of Europe's most ambitious aerospace company.

Your Role in Our Space Mission

• Hunt the best candidates by actively sourcing on various channels
• Screen applications and keep interviews on track by coordinating and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
• Support us with conducting first interviews
• Publish Job advertisements across our career page and job boards
• Keep Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, sharp and up to date
• Get hands-on with talent attraction projects e.g. the setup of our KPIs
• Support recruiting events to connect with future talent
• Spot what needs improvement and help fix it

Qualification Checklist

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field
• First practical exposure to recruiting or HR (internship, working student role, or project work) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data to support reporting and KPI tracking
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite at least 2 days / week
• Fluent in English
