Job summary

Isar Aerospace seeks a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to influence senior leadership and shape people strategies in a fast-growing space company. You will leverage workforce insights to inform decisions and drive organizational design, talent planning, and succession across Germany, Sweden, and Norway.

• Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast-paced environments.
• Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus.
• Fluent German/English skills.
• Solid Workday proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and change.
• Deep knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Advise senior leaders and shape people strategies aligned with business priorities.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, scalable, and aligned with company values.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Work closely with Works Councils with transparency and constructive co‑determination.
• Lead and support change management initiatives.
• Set up and refine HR initiatives, frameworks, and processes where needed
• Drive cross‑functional projects with strong project management discipline.
• Continuously improve HR processes and the employee experience.
• Support leaders through organizational change with clarity and empathy.
• Use Workday effectively for reporting, analytics, and organizational updates.

Qualification Checklist
