Job summary

Isar Aerospace seeks an experienced Event Manager to plan and deliver trade shows, conferences, and VIP visits from concept to execution. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, create compelling event materials, and drive post-event evaluation for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in event management, including trade shows, hybrid and on-site events.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept to execution.
• Strong experience delivering trade shows, conferences, customer events, and VIP engagements.
• Hands-on experience creating event materials, including printed and digital assets, and other content required to drive awareness and engagement at the respective event format.
• Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is advantageous.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• A high work ethic – with the goal to always deliver best of market

Responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage internal customer database, and look at ways to leverage in order to streamline processes.
