Isar Aerospace is seeking a Senior Talent Attraction Specialist to build and own high-leverage parts of our recruiting function. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership on complex roles, coach other recruiters, and own critical hiring processes from day one.

You will bring market insights, design sourcing strategies, and drive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles while acting as a brand ambassador in candidate conversations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-growth environments.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions at stakeholder level.
• Experience designing sourcing strategies and mentoring others.

Mission Brief As we scale to reach orbit, we are looking for a Senior Talent Attraction Specialist to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves the hunt — bringing proven recruiting expertise to shape how we hire and grow. You will work closely with hiring managers and our leadership team on complex, high-impact roles, coach other recruiters on the team, and take ownership of some of our most business-critical hiring processes from day one.
