Job summary

The Berner Group is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain & Process Management professional to lead and support international projects, standardize technical supply chain processes, and drive continuous improvement across global operations.

You will facilitate workshops, validate system changes, and develop training materials for local experts and key users worldwide. Travel willingness and fluency in English and German are required to succeed in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Management, Business Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and system-driven process management.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process or system improvements in international environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and standards.
• Strong knowledge of WMS & ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with background in project management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English & German, further language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities
