Job summary

Berner Omnichannel Trading Holding SE in Germany seeks an experienced Supply Chain Process Manager to lead global projects, standardize processes, and roll out improvements across international operations.

You will facilitate workshops, test system changes, and develop training for local experts, acting as central contact with Global IT and stakeholders while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and system-driven process management.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements in international environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and standards.
• Strong knowledge of WMS & ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a background in project management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English & German; other languages advantageous.
