Job summary

BERNER is seeking a skilled professional to lead and support global supply chain projects, driving the standardization and rollout of technical processes. You will facilitate workshops, validate system enhancements, and develop training materials for a worldwide audience.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions. The position entails working in an international environment with travel, and a focus on WMS/ERP

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Management, Business Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and system-driven process management.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process or system improvements in international environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and standards.
• Strong knowledge of WMS & ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a background in project management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English & German; further language skills advantageous.
