- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into functional applications
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to end-users, fostering self-service capabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, plugins, and Dataverse
- Create business rules and automation logic to facilitate data workflows across Power Platform
- Integrate solutions with REST APIs
- Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, testers, and other cross-functional teams
- Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
- Research and diagnose errors and issues, and document steps and results
- Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and follow applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements
- Travel occasionally for project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions; travel expected to be less than 10%
Requirements
- Public Trust Eligibility Required
- 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Power Platform experience (Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps)
- Bachelor’s degree (3 years of additional experience acceptable in lieu of a degree)
- Proficiency in C#/.NET (Plug-Ins) and JavaScript
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens or currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (preferred)
