Jobtailor seeks a senior Data Architect/Data Engineer to lead the data engineering team and drive the data strategy. You will shape the data architecture, plan ingestion pipelines, and oversee multi-source integrations across Supply Chain domains.

The role emphasizes implementing Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), building semantic models, and delivering robust Power BI solutions. Strong English communication and stakeholder management are required.

• Define and evolve the data architecture of the solution

Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture
• Proven experience providing technical leadership for data teams
• Strong experience designing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and multi-source data integrations
• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering and processing
• Practical experience with Databricks and Azure
• Knowledge of data modeling and semantic models
• Experience with Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English proficiency for communication in a corporate and international environment
• Spanish proficiency is a nice-to-have
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, is a nice-to-have
• Knowledge of SAP and SAP data integration is a nice-to-have
• Experience or knowledge of Supply Chain processes is a nice-to-have
