Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead Operate & Assist implementations from design to Go-Live. You will build architectures, ensure data integration quality, and coordinate with client IT, QA, and operations.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Power BI skills, API expertise, and a proactive mindset. You will work within the DSI team to promote standards and document end-to-end processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or similar.
• Proven track record implementing operational business technologies such as QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation.
• Strong knowledge of data integration and system architecture, including APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
• Expertise in Power BI, including reporting and data modeling.
• Experience with workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions.
• Structured project management and technical documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Experience environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, self-driven, resilient under pressure, team player.

Aufgaben

• Develop solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations from requirements.
• Ensure technical feasibility before project launch.
• Execute checklists for tools like Operate Insights, Centrical, and Knowledge Base.
• Ensure data flow between client systems and TP platforms, including EMA.
• Connect BI/reporting systems (Power BI) to operational data sources.
• Address data privacy and compliance, including PII redaction.
• Own end-to-end Operate & Assist implementations from design to Go-Live.
• Coordinate with client IT, QA, and operations for stakeholder communication.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues with translation tools and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT support for ticketing and installations.
• Work with QA to ensure solution quality.
• Identify automation and data analytics opportunities.
• Develop technical standards within the DSI team.
• Create and maintain architecture, data flow, and implementation docs.
• Share knowledge with team and operations colleagues.

• Ensure technical consistency and feasibility before project launch
• Execute technical checklists systematically for each tool, including Operate Insights, Centrical, and Knowledge Base
• Ensure data flow between client systems and TP platforms, including EMA, covering data formats, interfaces, and data quality
• Connect BI/reporting systems, especially Power BI, to operational data sources
• Address data privacy and compliance requirements, including PII redaction, during data integration
• Own Operate & Assist implementations end-to‑end from solution design and data integration through Go-Live
• Manage stakeholder communication with client IT, internal QA, and operations teams
• Analyze and resolve technical issues involving translation tools and system integrations
• Coordinate with internal IT support, including ticket creation and triggering installations
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solution quality
• Identify automation and data analytics opportunities in operational processes
• Drive continuous development of technical standards for Operate & Assist implementations within the DSI team
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, data flows, and implementation checklists
• Share knowledge with the team and operations colleagues

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar role
• Proven track record implementing operational business technologies, such as QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems
• Sound knowledge of data integration and system architecture, including APIs, data flows, and interfaces
• Solid expertise in Power BI, including reporting and data modeling
• Experience with workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions, such as knowledge bases and translation tools
• Structured project management and technical documentation skills
• Basic understanding of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate is a plus
• Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) environment is a plus
• Strong technical affinity with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Self-driven work ethic and resilience under pressure during key project phases
• Team player with strong cross-functional communication skills bridging Client IT, QA, and Operations
• Fast learner able to quickly adapt to new technologies
