Job summary

Webasto SE in Germany is seeking a QA specialist for e-mobility parts to own quality for defined purchased components and to manage supplier complaints. You will coordinate inspections and analyze defects to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quality responsibility for a defined scope of purchased parts in e-mobility.
• Complaint management with suppliers and internal departments; analyze the problem and initiate actions.
• Conduct measurements for incoming goods inspection; coordinate inspections with labs and metrology.
• Participate in daily production meetings and provide reports.

• Quality responsibility for a defined scope of purchased parts in the field of e-mobility
• Complaint management in collaboration with the respective suppliers and internal departments: analysis of the problem, initiation of immediate measures, coordination of sorting actions, creation of a defect report, and corresponding inventory management in the ERP system
• Conducting measurements as part of the incoming goods inspection (if necessary, coordination of inspections with the laboratory and metrology departments)
• Participation in daily production-related meetings and corresponding reporting

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed technical training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar (additional training as a master craftsman desirable)
• Very good technical understanding (e.g., interpretation of technical drawings, specifications/standards)
• Good knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D report, FMEA)
• Conversational German/English skills as well as proficient use of SAP and MS Office
• Responsible, motivated, and team-oriented working style
