Job summary

Webasto SE in Germany is seeking a Maintenance Technician Mechanical (f/m/x) to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot faults, and ensure high equipment availability.

The role also involves modifying and optimizing machines and processes, contributing to continuous improvement, and supporting cross-functional teams in an international production environment. Weekend and shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Vocational training as an industrial mechanic or equivalent qualification.
• Basic skills in turning, milling, welding and sheet metal processing.
• Knowledge in handling CNC machines and their programming.

Responsibilities

• Independently maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and resolve issues.
