Zusammenfassung

Webasto Group in Germany is seeking an entry-level Quality Validation Employee to support the team in analyzing errors in battery packs and cell modules, and to perform functional tests on electronic assemblies.

You will disassemble parts, carry out documented rework on battery systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of battery system equipment. We value structured, independent work, willingness to shift, and readiness for further electrical training.

Qualifikationen

• Technical training in electrical or electronics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in automotive industry, ideally in electrical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to undergo further training as an electrical specialist.
• Structured and organized working style, teamwork skills, and independence.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
