Eduard G. Fidel GmbH in Pforzheim sucht eine studentische Mitarbeit/Praktikant im Bereich Controlling. Sie unterstützen beim Aufbau von Berichten, Dashboards und KPI-Analysen, führen Ad-hoc-Analysen durch und bereiten Management-Reports vor.

Sie analysieren und werten große Datensätze mit Excel aus und arbeiten an der Optimierung von Controlling-, Reporting- und BI-Prozessen mit. Gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sind wünschenswert.

Qualifikationen

• Derzeit im Studium in BWL, VWL, BWI, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Finanzen oder Controlling eingeschrieben.
• Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse (Pivot-Tabellen, Power Query, Formeln) von Vorteil.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

• Support in setting up and further developing reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses
• Conducting ad hoc analyses, data analyses, and preparing informative management reports
• Analysis, Processing, and Evaluation of Large Data Sets Using Microsoft Excel
• Collaborating on the optimization of controlling, reporting, and business intelligence processes
• Preparation of key performance indicators and decision-making documents for management
• Close collaboration with various departments of an internationally active wedding ring manufacturer

WHAT YOU BRING

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, finance, controlling, or a comparable field of study
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas); some experience analyzing large datasets is a plus
• Ideally, knowledge of Hichert diagrams and the International Business Communication Standards (IBCS)
• Analytical thinking skills, as well as a structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
