Zusammenfassung

Eduard G. Fidel GmbH sucht eine/n Finanzbuchhalter/in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit zur eigenständigen Abwicklung der täglichen Buchhaltungsaufgaben.

Sie arbeiten an Kreditoren, Debitoren, Inventur- und Anlagenbuchhaltung, prüfen Konten und buchen Routinevorgänge. Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation im Finanzbereich mit und verfügen über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich sowie idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation als Finanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellter
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere Kreditoren, Debitoren und Hauptbuch
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Monats- und Jahresabschluss
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in abas und ELO von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Teamfähigkeit und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Durchführung von täglich anfallenden Buchhaltungsaufgaben (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Inventur- Buchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung)
• Prüfen, Zuweisen von Konten und Verbuchen von Routinegeschäftsvorgängen sowie Zahlungsabwicklung
• Kontenabstimmung und Klärung, Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Mitwirkung bei besonderen Buchhaltungsfragen
• Beitrag zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen

Job Opening: Financial Accountant (m/f/d) – Full-time or Part-time

• Working independently on day-to-day financial accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and fixed asset accounting
• Reviewing, assigning account codes to, and posting routine business transactions, as well as processing and monitoring payment transactions
• Account reconciliation and clarification, as well as assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparing reports and assisting with special accounting issues
• Contributing to the optimization and digitization of business processes
• A varied role with autonomy, structured onboarding, short decision-making paths, attractive compensation, and benefits

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed business training, ideally with additional training as a financial accountant or tax clerk
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Ideally, experience with monthly and annual closing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of abas and ELO is a plus
• A structured, meticulous, and independent work style, as well as a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
