Zusammenfassung

Eduard G. Fidel GmbH sucht in Baden-Württemberg eine/n CNC-Dreh-/Fräsenoperator (m/w/d) zur Festanstellung in unserer Fertigung. Sie richten CNC-Dreh- und Fräseinheiten ein, bedienen sie sicher und überwachen den Produktionsprozess.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Wartung, Werkzeugwechsel, Qualitätskontrollen nach technischen Vorgaben sowie Unterstützung beim konventionellen Drehen. Teamgeist, Sorgfalt und eigenständiges Arbeiten sind gefragt.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen/Fräsen ist vorteilhaft; motivierte Quereinsteiger willkommen.
• Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und selbstständiges Vorgehen werden erwartet.

Aufgaben

• Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Drehen und CNC-Fräsen.
• Durchführen von Wartungen, Werkzeugwechseln und Rüstvorgängen.
• Prozessüberwachung und Qualitätssicherung gemäß Spezifikationen.
• Durchführen von Abmessungs- und Qualitätsprüfungen nach Vorgaben.
• Unterstützung beim konventionellen Drehen.
• Unterstützung bei Inventur und allgemeiner Produktion.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement.

• A modern and varied work environment in the field of CNC turning and CNC milling, with opportunities to expand into other areas of production.
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Performing maintenance, as well as tool changes and tool setup.
• Monitoring manufacturing processes and ensuring high quality.
• Conducting dimensional and quality inspections in accordance with technical specifications.
• Support for conventional turning.
• Assistance with inventory counts and general support in the production area.
• Close collaboration with production and quality management.

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an industrial mechanic or machinist.
