Chair of Embedded Software (Computer Science 11)
We are a young startup project funded by the EXIST Research Transfer program. Our mission is to develop an open-source middleware for connecting safety-critical real-time systems, providing an open alternative to proprietary solutions in industries such as automotive and medical technology.
The employment will be with the Chair of Embedded Software (Computer Science 11) at RWTH Aachen University, in the context of the startup formation supported by the EXIST program.
We are looking for motivated and talented software engineers to join our team and help us realize this vision.
The successful candidate will be employed as a student assistant.
The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date and offered for a fixed term up to 18 months.
This is a part-time contract position.
The standard weekly hours will be 9-19 hours.
Flexible working hours are possible.
The salary is based on the RWTH Guidelines for Student and Graduate Assistants.
The position corresponds to a pay grade of 14.50 euros per hour.
