MR MARVIS in Berlin is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a newly opened Berlin store. You will lead a team, drive commercial targets and actively coach staff while representing the brand story to customers and stakeholders.

As Store Manager you will manage KPIs, Stock and day-to-day admin while ensuring a strong customer experience. This full-time role requires a weekend day and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail).
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand.
• In possession of a strong personality, flexible and representative.
• You have the ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management.
• Customer- and service-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• You are tech savvy and can work a laptop.
• Experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyse and improve them at a high level.
• Available 40h per week, including a weekend day.

We are excited to announce that we are opening a new MR MARVIS store. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager in our MR MARVIS store in Berlin, who is available fulltime, including a weekend day. In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for reaching the shop’s commercial targets, while actively coaching and motivating the team to succeed.

What’s on your typical to-do list:
