MR MARVIS is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Stuttgart to lead a newly opened store, full-time including a weekend day, and to confidently represent the brand story to your team and customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager you will drive commercial targets, coach and motivate the team, hire new style advisors, manage stock, and handle day-to-day administration.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand.
• Strong personality, flexible and representative.
• Ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management.
• Customer- and service-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
• Tech savvy and able to work a laptop.
• Experience with KPIs and willingness to analyse and improve them at a high level.
• Available 40h per week, including a weekend day.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager in our MR MARVIS store in Stuttgart, who is available full-time, including a weekend day. In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for reaching the shop's commercial targets, while actively coaching and motivating the team to succeed.

• Taking ownership of stock management and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Who you are

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail) is a requirement for this position;
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand;
• In possession of a strong personality, flexible and representative;
• You have the ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management;
• Customer- and service-oriented;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
• You are tech savvy and can work a laptop;
• You have experience with KPIs and will make every effort to analyse and improve them at a high level;
• Available 40h per week, including a weekend day.
