Zusammenfassung

MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor to welcome customers, provide tailored styling advice, and ensure a warm, inspiring store atmosphere. You will guide customers through product and size selection, share knowledge about heritage, and enhance their shopping experience with personalized tips. Fluent German and English are expected.

The role offers a full-time, 40h/week position in a newly opened store with a competitive monthly salary and employee discounts, plus wellbeing and lifestyle perks.

• Experience in service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus.

• Welcome customers and create a great first impression; inform them about MR MARVIS brand and store concept.
• Advise customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection; exude confidence.
• Provide expert styling advice and tailor tips; help customers find the right sizes.
• Elevate the shopping experience by offering extra services (e.g., tailoring, coffee/refreshment).
• Keep the store looking its best inside and out.

As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.

What's on a typical to-do list:

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer's shopping experience - whether that's pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best - inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you...

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
• Customer oriented?
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in both German and English?

Salary: €2,500 – €2,850 gross per month (full-time, 40h/week), depending on relevant experience. Minijob contracts maximum €603 per month. (8h/week).
