Duties
  • Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel
  • Manage PM teams (each team has its own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose)
  • Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation
  • Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment
  • Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world
Requirements
  • Performed as a Lead Product Manager for at least 2 years in a fast pace environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
  • Understand frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms
  • Previously acted as a Product Manager for a minimum 7 years
  • Be willing and able to be hands on when needed
  • Strong understanding of Product, Design and Leadership
  • Preferably based in EMEA
