Job summary

LAP Coffee in Cologne is seeking a friendly LAP host to join our small, welcoming team and represent our brand with passion for great coffee.

As a LAP host you’ll provide outstanding customer service, craft high-quality beverages, and manage the front-of-house tasks while keeping the shop neat and inviting. Weekend availability is required and English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Customer service: Act as a generous host. Provide excellent customer service to our guests, upsell food and drinks.
• Coffee making: Produce all coffee based beverages, teas and drinks according to our Service Standards.
• Front of House: Operate the POS system, maintain cleanliness and organization, open/close duties.

Your role:

• Customer service: Act as a generous host. Provide excellent customer service to our guests, be knowledgeable on all of our products, upsell food and drinks to fit the cravings of our customers.

• Coffee making: Produce all coffee based beverages, teas and drinks according to our Service Standards with special attention towards detail and care.

• Front of House: Operate the POS system, maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, perform all opening and closing duties.
