Zusammenfassung

Furo Energy is seeking a hands-on operator to help build the company from zero in Munich. You will work across product, operations, and growth while shaping culture and processes. Expect close collaboration with founders and frequent customer/site visits as the business scales.

You will own projects end-to-end, move fast, and thrive in a small, ambitious team with direct customer access and equity opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth startup).
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make decisions independently.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity for the energy transition and climate tech space.
• Fluent in German (at least C1)
