Zusammenfassung

Furo Energy is seeking a hands-on, founder-at-heart professional to grow and support our customer base in Munich. You will build relationships with new customers, develop deep product and market understanding, and own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ensuring maximum satisfaction.

The role values entrepreneurship, high ownership, and a passion for energy markets as we navigate early-stage growth and market complexity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in executing, building and improving processes and projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Ideally you have a basic understanding of software engineering best practices.
• First experience or interest in energy markets.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders with various backgrounds.
• You are native in German and fluent in English.
