Zusammenfassung

Furo is seeking a commercially sharp, data-driven team member to work directly with the founders. You will help turn our planning platform into a gateway for the next stage of our product, and you will be deeply involved in building a new function from the ground up.

You’ll spend time with customers across Germany, manage a growing portfolio, and translate insights into scalable processes and dashboards. This is a hands-on, early-stage role that requires ownership and close collaboration with

Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations-focused roles and managing a large customer portfolio with structured processes.
• Strong German communication skills and ability to engage with customers at different levels.
• Familiarity with energy or infrastructure projects is a plus.

• Engage with customers to understand needs and drive adoption of the planning platform.
• Build scalable processes, dashboards, and workflows to support customer success and sales.
• Collaborate directly with founders to shape a new function from the ground up.

You\'ll stay close to our customer base, spot which projects are moving toward deployment, and make sure Furo is there when they do: turning our planning platform into a gateway for the next stage of our product. You\'ll work directly with the founders and help build a new function from the ground up.

• Expect top-down instructions: we trust you to figure it out

• Prefer a typical 9–5: we move fast and take full ownership

• Don\'t enjoy being close to customers and partners — we visit sites across Germany

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment in your past: top-tier consulting, a hypergrowth startup, or a commercial role in energy or infrastructure

• Experience in operations-focused roles and managing a large customer portfolio with structured processes

• C1 German or higher — most of our customers are German-speaking

• Bonus: Familiarity with energy project development, storage, or grid-connected assets
