Job summary

Neura Robotics is seeking a Spare Parts Manager to own the end-to-end spare parts business for its robots. You will define product portfolios, manage parts data in ERP, set up processes from quotation to delivery, and establish pricing models to support growth with service partners and Sales.

In Munich you will collaborate with Development, Service Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales to forecast demand, optimize stock and improve availability of spare parts across the installed base.

Qualifications

• Must-have: degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, mechatronics, business or related field.
• Several years of spare parts management or aftersales experience, ideally in robotics, machinery or automotive.
• Experience setting up spare parts processes, demand forecasting and pricing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (master data, inventory, purchasing).
• Structured, independent and able to build things from scratch.
• Good language skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Define spare parts portfolio for each NEURA product in collaboration with Development and Service Engineering.
• Classify parts and decide on replacement level, own master data and part numbers in ERP.
• Set up the end-to-end spare parts processes from quotation to delivery, returns and warranty handling.
• Build demand forecasts from installed base and lead times to define stock strategy.
• Track KPIs like availability and delivery lead time and train service partners.

In Service & Academy, you make sure our customers and service partners can keep their NEURA robots running. As Spare Parts Manager, you own spare parts end to end: what we offer, how an order becomes a delivery, what it costs, and how the business grows.

How you work

You are part of the Service & Academy team and report to the Head of Service & Academy. You work closely with Service Engineering, Development, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.

Your mission & challenges

Your responsibilities, in order of priority:

1. Define spare parts

• Define the spare parts portfolio for each NEURA product, together with Development and Service Engineering
• Classify parts (e.g. wear parts, critical parts, recommended stock) and decide on which level they are replaced
• Own spare parts master data and part numbering in our ERP system, and keep them current with every product change

2. Set up spare parts processes

• Set up the process from quotation and order to delivery, returns and warranty handling
• Build the demand forecast from installed base, failure data and lead times, and use it to define stock strategy: what is stocked where and when to replenish
• Track KPIs such as availability and delivery lead time, and train the service team and partners

3. Define spare parts pricing

• Define pricing model and price lists for spare parts, kits and exchange parts
• Review prices and margins regularly, aligned with the Service Partner Program

4. Grow the spare parts business

• Analyze installed base and sales data to forecast spare parts revenue
• Develop offers such as spare parts kits and an online ordering channel, together with service partners and Sales
• Set revenue and margin targets, report on progress and feed recurring failures back to Development

What we are looking for

Must-have:

• Several years of experience in spare parts management or aftersales, ideally in robotics, machinery or automotive
• Experience in setting up spare parts processes, demand forecasting and pricing
