TFE Hotels in Munich invites an experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive & Head Chef in day-to-day operations, lead the kitchen team, and ensure service excellence in our upscale setting within Werksviertel. You will mentor staff, maintain premium food quality, and contribute to creative menus and concepts.

With a hands-on attitude, you will stay calm during busy service periods, lead by example, and uphold high standards of taste and presentation while collaborating across our diverse

Qualifikationen

• Completed culinary training and several years of experience in upscale dining or hospitality.
• Experience in a supervisory role such as Sous Chef or similar leadership position.
• Passion for premium ingredients and contemporary cuisine.
• Strong organisational skills with a structured, independent working style.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
