Hotel Louis C. Jacob Hamburg, a 5-star property on the Elbchaussee, seeks a sous chef (m/f/d) to lead a small kitchen team and craft creative dishes for our Jacobs Restaurant.

You will support menu design, manage your station, order goods, and ensure HACCP compliance in daily operations.
