aja Resorts Ruhpolding in Germany is seeking a dedicated sous chef to support the head chef, coordinate the kitchen team, monitor stock levels, and manage procurement.

You’ll lead with HACCP and hygiene at the core, supervise rosters, ensure high-quality mise en place, and engage with guests and colleagues to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified chef (m/f/d) with passion for cooking and willingness to take greater responsibility as sous chef.
• Experience in hospitality kitchens and ability to supervise and coach a team.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong HACCP, hygiene and health & safety practices.
