Hotel Louis C. Jacob Hamburg is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead and develop our dining concepts across outlets. You will drive service excellence, mentor your team, and ensure smooth daily operations, while upholding our tradition of hospitality.

You will oversee budgets, target turnover, and work closely with outlet managers to deliver memorable experiences for guests at our historic property in Hamburg.

It’s up to you

• You and your team will implement the existing Louis C. Jacob F&B concept at our Hotel Louis C. Jacob.
• You’ll contribute your own creative ideas regarding conceptual development and service procedures.
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly across all F&B outlets and, together with your team, you’ll go the extra mile for our guests.
• Together with the F&B outlet managers, you will motivate your team to deliver their best every day.
• You’ll keep a close eye on the budget and ensure that budgeted turnover targets are met.
