Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader in Berlin to own the portfolio and roadmap of German-language learning products for the DACH market. You will develop skill maps and product positioning and build, lead and grow the Learning team in Germany.

You will use AI-supported processes to scale content production, manage external partners and collaborate with UK Learning teams as well as Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market and Sales to support key customer meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in learning product strategy, content operations, or program/production management.
• Proven portfolio and roadmap ownership, including budget and resource planning.
• Strong technical and product affinity with quick grasp of technical topics.
• Experience with senior tech stakeholders (e.g., CTO, CAIO, CDO, VPs), ideally in regulated education.
• Leadership experience in fast-growing organizations and managing external partners.
• Data-driven use of KPIs and AI/automation tools to manage content and production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, resilience, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Leadership experience in dynamic, fast-growing organizations and experience managing external partners
• Confident use of data, KPIs and AI/automation tools to manage content and production processes
• Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills, high resilience and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
