Zusammenfassung

Recyda Gmbh is expanding its implementation team and seeks a Solution Architect to lead enterprise integration projects for our packaging sustainability platform. You will configure, map data, and provide technical guidance to customers while collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in technical implementation or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong Python skills and API/data-mapping experience.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and agile environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of our SaaS solution.
• Configure and customise our platform according to specific client requirements and business needs.
• Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and our platform, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Provide technical consulting to customers throughout the implementation process and support pre-sales activities.
• Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers' IT teams and third-party integration partners.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations.
• Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and best practices.

Skills & Experiences

• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with strong Python skills
• Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration
• Experience with SaaS implementations and customer success processes
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Knowledge about ERP systems, like SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level)
