re.solution, a deep-tech start-up spun out from RWTH Aachen, seeks a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Co-CEOs. You will contribute to strategy, track OKRs, build financial models, and support decisions for the first commercial plant in a fast-growing circular economy project.

Responsibilities include fundraising, investor updates, data rooms, market analyses, and creating sales materials. Ideal candidates have strategy/consulting/start-up/VC background, strong analytical skills, and

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategy, consulting, start-up, or venture capital is necessary.
• High performance attitude with strong analytical thinking and initiative.
• Genuine interest in sustainability and deep tech helps build a circular economy champion.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

re.solution is a deep-tech start-up and spin-off from RWTH Aachen, backed by leading German Deep Tech & Climate VCs. re.solution is developing an award-winning chemical recycling technology for polyester-containing textiles – with zero chemical salt waste, significantly lower use of chemicals and water, and less CO2 emissions compared to competitors. This makes it possible, for the first time, to scale up chemical polyester recycling in a cost-effective manner. Our externally validated, virgin-quality monomers already attract significant commercial interest from large industrial players. We are currently commissioning our semi-industrial pilot plant – set to process over 1 tonne of textile waste per day – and preparing our first commercial facility. For this pivotal growth phase, we are looking for someone who wants to work directly with the Co-CEOs and contribute to the company's trajectory towards a European recycling champion serving the megatonnes of PET demand, while slashing global textile waste.

• Creating sales materials and presentations for customer and partner meetings
• Picking up ad-hoc special projects at short notice

Your profile

• Experience in strategy, consulting, start-up, or venture capital is necessary
• High performance attitude, strong analytical thinking and high degree of initiative
• A genuine interest in sustainability and deep tech helps to build a global circular economy champion
• Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
