Job summary

ResolveOps is hiring a Software Tester in Germany for remote, full-time work. You will plan and run tests, write test cases, and record defects with clear steps and evidence. The role includes building light automated tests and retesting fixes with the project team, using Jira, Xray or Azure DevOps.

Ideal candidates have a degree in CS or a related field, first QA experience, and familiarity with testing tools. Flexible hours and ongoing training budgets are offered to support growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or business informatics, IT training, or comparable experience.
• First experience in software testing or QA (internships count).
• Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps or a similar tool.
• ISTQB Foundation Level helpful.

Every workflow change we make for a German client has to be tested against how their teams really work before it goes live, often with data from SAP or Dynamics.

We're hiring a Software Tester in Germany to plan and run those tests. Full-time, from home anywhere in Germany. Chicago starts its day in your afternoon.

Five things you’ll do

• Record defects with steps, screenshots and the data used
• Retest fixes and keep the test status current for the project lead
• Build simple automated tests for forms and approval routes

Three things we need
