Job summary

ResolveOps, a Chicago-based operations and technology consultancy, seeks an SAP Support Specialist to work from home anywhere in Germany. You will investigate SAP workflow failures, review IDocs and logs, and coordinate with client SAP teams to fix mappings and master data.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business informatics or economics, plus initial SAP experience, and a basic understanding of purchasing or accounting processes. Flexible hours and a yearly training budget are offered.

Many of the processes we fix for clients in Germany end in SAP: purchase orders, invoices, cost center postings. When a request from our workflow doesn't arrive there correctly, someone has to find out why.

That's the SAP Support Specialist. Full-time, from home anywhere in Germany. Chicago starts its day in your afternoon.

Five things you'll do

• Investigate why records from our workflows fail or arrive incomplete in SAP

• Fix mapping and master data problems, or hand them over clearly described
• Test interface changes before go-live
• Document recurring errors and their fixes

Three things we need
