Job summary

ResolveOps is seeking a Business Process Analyst to map how client processes actually operate. You will interview staff, run workshops, and produce BPMN maps for client sign-off, working on process improvements from home across Germany.

You will measure cycle times, write new workflow requirements with consultants, and prepare training notes for teams to adopt the new processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or industrial engineering.
• Initial experience in process management, consulting or organization development (internships count).
• Modeling tool proficiency: Signavio, ARIS, Visio or Bizagi.
• Lean or Six Sigma training is a plus; SAP or Microsoft Dynamics processes are helpful.

Before we change anything at a client in Germany, we write down how the process really runs: who submits what, who approves it, where it waits.

The Business Process Analyst runs those interviews and workshops and turns them into process maps the client signs off. Full-time, from home anywhere in Germany. Chicago starts its day in your afternoon.

Five things you'll do
